National data centre: a tripartite agreement to secure the facility before it goes live

ADETIC, ANSICE and Techso Group signed an agreement in February 2026 covering the security audit and certification of the national data centre.

According to We Are Tech Africa, a tripartite agreement was signed on 5 February 2026 between the ICT Development Agency (ADETIC), the National Agency for IT Security and Electronic Certification (ANSICE) and Techso Group. It covers the security audit of the national data centre and the certification of the site and its equipment ahead of go-live.

Why it matters

The national data centre is a cornerstone of the “Tchad Connexion 2030” strategy. Auditing and certifying critical infrastructure before operation is good practice that builds the trust of the public bodies expected to host their services there.
